Partners and Collaborators

International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW)

The International Fund for Animal Welfare is a leading global charity dedicated to animal welfare and conservation. Their mission is to rescue animals in need, protect wildlife populations, preserve natural habitats, and advocate for stronger protections worldwide. IFAW and Nsanga are in partnership to support the management of the Luambe-Lukusuzi Landscape in eastern Zambia.

Chitungulu Foundation

The Chitungulu Foundation is focused on promoting community-oriented development that goes hand in hand with nature conservation in and around Chitungulu village, Zambia. Working closely with the local community, the foundation undertakes various environmentally sustainable, income-generating projects. These initiatives, together with small-scale ecotourism, help build a more resilient and informed community capable of making conscious decisions about its preferred development path.

Copperbelt University

The Copperbelt University (CBU) is a public university in Kitwe, Zambia. It is the largest public university in Zambia and is currently ranked as the best university in Zambia. CBU offers a diverse range of wildlife and conservation-related courses such as wildlife management, sustainable natural resource management and climate change or forestry.

Zambian Carnivore Programme

The Zambian Carnivore Programme (ZCP) is a Zambian non-profit organisation dedicated to the conservation of large carnivores and their native ecosystems. In cooperation with the Department of National Parks and Wildlife (DNPW) and other partners, ZCP follows a three-pronged approach based on research, policy implementation, and human and organisational development in the field of species conservation.

Caring For Conservation Fund

The Caring for Conservation Fund (C4C) supports non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and projects worldwide that share a commitment to sustainable species and landscape conservation. In addition to this vital work, C4C prioritizes the empowerment of local communities, acknowledging their essential role in successful conservation efforts.

Luangwa Valley Safaris

Luangwa Valley Safaris is a safari company in the Luangwa Valley that offers unique and remote safari experiences in Luambe and North Luangwa National Park. Their approach is closely combined with conservation work and sustainable tourism.

Faunomics

Faunomics is a leader in comprehensive Biodiversity Assessments and Monitoring, employing cutting-edge scientific techniques to study ecosystem dynamics.
