Our Approach
Nsanga Conservation Zambia is committed to advancing conservation work in eastern Zambia through a focus on research and community engagement.
Our research program gathers and analyzes ecological and social data to guide conservation strategies and decision-making, ensuring a scientifically grounded approach to preserving natural landscapes.
Meanwhile, our community engagement initiatives emphasize local empowerment and capacity building, alternative livelihood programmes, human-wildlife conflict mitigation strategies and the necessary resources to empower residents to become stewards of their environment.
We currently concentrate our efforts on the Central Luangwa Valley System, working with local chiefdoms and communities in the Luambe-Lukusuzi region to create sustainable conservation impact in this key region.
